CSR German & Dutch (job is successfully completed)
Main Tasks
In summary your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Order entry and follow through
– After sales service
– Daily support to the sales team
– Anticipate and assist in avoiding order delays
– Assist with maintenance of large online retailers items, orders and inventory
– Point of contact via telephone as well as e-mail
– Maintain excellent product knowledge
– Anticipate and communicate any quality issues with products
– Communicate regularly with all members as necessary
Logic Recruitment is looking for a candidate with the following educational level and skills:
– Bachelor level
– Customer Service experience in an international environment
– Fulltime available and flexible during busy seasons
– Excellent MS office skills and experience with SAP
– Excellent communication and grammar skills
– Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
– Able to provide a friendly, consistent level of customer service no matter what the situation.
